I work with individuals 18+ dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, life changes, faith transitions, stress, and relationship issues. I am especially passionate about working with the LGBTQ2+ community and women experiencing perfectionism. My preferred modalities include ACT, EMDR, DBT, and CBT.
