Seeking support is a profound act of strength. Life brings seasons of uncertainty, disruption, and pain—moments that ask more of us than we knew we had. In my work, I offer a calm and compassionate space where your story is honored with care, presence, and deep respect.
I believe wellness begins with reconnecting to who we truly are. Together, we explore the places where you feel stuck, overlooked, overwhelmed, or lost. My approach is gentle yet grounded, helping you access the wisdom, resilience, and clarity you already carry within. Through this process, you can move toward healing, meaningful change, and a more fulfilling sense of self and relationship with others.
I specialize in relationship dynamics and the systems we live within—supporting individuals, couples, and families through anxiety, depression, women’s mental health, neurodiversity, parenting, marriage or partnership challenges, divorce, grief/loss, trauma wounds, and major life transitions among other challenges.
I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. I am trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and I am a UAMFT approved supervisor. My work is relational, collaborative, and attuned to both the human heart and the patterns that shape our lives.
