I believe everyone deserves a safe space to feel seen, supported, and valued. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and my goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable showing up as yourself. I strive to build a genuine, collaborative relationship where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we navigate life’s challenges together.
I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, difficult relationships, chronic health conditions, emotional overwhelm, and other challenges that can make life feel heavy. Together, we’ll focus on building practical coping skills, strengthening self-compassion, and helping you feel more confident and grounded in your daily life. I take a strengths-based and personalized approach to therapy, using evidence-based practices while also incorporating creative tools such as art and play in therapy.
I received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Utah and a Bachelor’s in Social Work with a Minor in Art from Utah State University. My background in art, mental health advocacy, and working with children and families shapes my approach as creative, compassionate, and centered on each person’s unique story.
Whether you’re looking to better understand yourself, work through a difficult season, improve relationships, or simply feel more like yourself again, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing and growth.
