Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of why things don’t feel the way they used to. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing.

I work with adults across the lifespan who are navigating anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ concerns, identity development, and life transitions. No matter where you are coming from, therapy can be a place to explore your experiences, better understand your patterns, and start moving toward the kind of life you want to live.

My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and tailored to you. I see therapy as a process we build together, one where you are supported, but also actively involved in your own growth. We will explore what has shaped your experiences while also focusing on practical tools you can use in your everyday life.

I incorporate mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches to help you develop a different relationship with your thoughts and emotions—one that allows for more flexibility, self-understanding, and choice. At the same time, I focus on helping you build skills that support lasting change, not just short-term relief.

Above all, I aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy. Wherever you are, we can begin there together.
