Prior to your visit, we recommend contacting your insurance carrier to understand your mental health benefits. These are some questions you might consider asking:

  • Do I need pre-authorization?
  • Is there a maximum number of visits?
  • What is my co-pay?
  • Do I have to meet a deductible before my plan covers payment for counseling?
  • Is the therapist covered under my specific plan?
  • Are mental health benefits included in my insurance plan?

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in part or full. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan may compensate you for psychotherapy services. Some providers require preauthorization for psychotherapy services.

Prior to your visit, please verify that the therapist you will be seeing is covered under your policy and plan.

Payment

We accept cash, credit/debit, HSA, and FSA as forms of payment. Payment is due at time of service. If you are an Insurance pay client, a Co-Pay is due at the time of service.

Late Cancellation Policy

Please be courteous of our therapist’s time. If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours ahead of time. Otherwise, you will be charged a $125.00 cancellation fee.
