Megan Pond-Maxwell, LMFT

The process of seeking and receiving help is both health and courage in action. Life undoubtedly offers some noteworthy setbacks, obstacles, and crises that are quite impactful. I offer a compassionate and safe place to sit with you in your story wherever you may find yourself. I hold these stories with care and deep respect, and I work with you to identify and cultivate your desires and goals. I believe that every person possesses strength, resources, and wisdom. I hope to help you access insight and understanding to empower you to move through your challenges or traumas in healing, change, growth, and greater fulfillment.

I hold my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. I also hold Gottman Level 1 certification, a research-proven treatment, and intervention for couples. I have experience working with couples, families, adults, teens, and children. Anxiety, depression, relationship issues, mixed-faith relationships, family conflicts, women’s issues, trauma wounds, among other difficulties, are commonly addressed challenges.
