Lisa Murphy, CSW

I am a Certified Social Worker with experience supporting individuals and groups
through life’s challenges. Drawing from evidence-based practices like Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and
Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and somatic body awareness techniques, I offer a holistic and compassionate approach to healing.


I work with individuals from all walks of life, offering support and guidance as they navigate anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, and the often complex process of personal growth. I believe therapy is a sacred space—a place to be deeply seen and heard without judgment.


Together, we’ll explore the stories, beliefs, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, disconnected, or in pain. My role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your essential self—the part of you that holds resilience, wisdom, and the capacity for a more beautiful, satisfying life.
