Everyone goes through difficult times in life, and not every experience is going to look the same. I am here to help you through the ups and downs that life throws your way. Counseling serves as an opportunity to feel your feelings and create a safe environment to be vulnerable and experience life as it comes. I want to build a relationship together that is focused on trust, empathy, understanding, and listening. This will be the cornerstone of your healing. No one deserves to go through life alone, together we will face whatever you are going through with
open arms.
Carl Rogers believes that all humans have the innate ability to change and to be good people. Using a person-centered approach, I will work with you to tap into your personal strengths and help you reach your goals no matter the incongruence. Change happens truly when a person really wants to create something different for themselves. Each individual has needs that have to
be met. I want to help foster an atmosphere that helps you cultivate every need, goal, dream, and desire.
I am from the small town of Richfield, UT, and graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Utah. I am currently a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Utah Valley University. I love golf, sports, and anything to do with the beauty of the world. I have been working in substance use, behavioral health, and mental health for just over 3 years, specifically with adolescents, and have a passion for helping others use their strengths to
succeed. I look forward to expanding my knowledge and toolbox with you, as well as being a part of your uniquely beautiful journey!
