Natasha Hutchings, CMHCI

CMHCI

Everyone goes through difficult times in life, and not every experience is going to look the same. I am here to help you through the ups and downs that life throws your way.

Counseling serves as an opportunity to feel your feelings and create a safe environment to be vulnerable and experience life as it comes. I want to build a relationship together that is focused on trust,
empathy, understanding, and listening.

This will be the cornerstone of your healing. No one deserves to go through life alone, together we will face whatever you are going through with open arms.

Brittany Permenter, ACMHC

ACMHC

Everyone goes through times of difficulty or feeling stuck, and I believe that healing comes from discovering your most authentic self. I know seeking a therapist can be an overwhelming task, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to begin that search. It is my highest priority in the therapeutic space to create a collaborative and creative process where the work can not only be healing, but exciting!

Some of my areas of emphasis are trauma, grief, and faith crises/transitions. I have found that these earth-bending moments touch so many other pieces of our lives that often go unexamined and can leave us feeling stuck and in pain. In order to heal these wounds, we have to carefully remove the shrapnel and take a look at what has done the harm before sealing it up again. This process takes time and attention, and is led by the individual. My other areas of emphasis are LGBTQ+ affirming counseling, ADHD and neurodivergence, anxiety, and depression.
